WHY THIS IS NECESSARY

  • Due to limited Parking spaces, we cannot permit parkings for all.

  • To ensure safety of personal

  • To enable sufficient spaces for food operations

  • To prevent damages to vehicles and properties

ENTRY & PARKING RULES

  • Only vehicles with a valid vehicle passes may enter and park.

  • Entry are permitted for drop-offs and food deliveries only.

  • Vehicle passes must be clearly displayed at all times, showing the driver’s name and contact number.

ALTERNATE PARKING PLACES

  1. Eunos MRT Station Car Park

  2. Public Car Park at the Junction of Joo Chia Place/Tembeling Road

  3. Roadside Parkings along Joo Chiat Place between Still Road/Tembeling Road

Volunteer Shifts Available: 

  • Early Morning Shift: 5:00 AM – 9:00 AM

  • Morning Shift: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM

  • Afternoon Shift: 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM

Volunteer Job Scopes:

We welcome volunteers with a heart to serve! Below are the key areas you may be involved in:

1. Food Preparation & Meal Deliveries

  • Start from 5:00 AM for food preparation.

  • Assist with meal deliveries, using either your own vehicle or public transport (bus/MRT).
    Weekday Deliveries: WhatsApp David at 87144247 2 days in advance.

  • Each volunteer will deliver 2–3 meal packets to our beneficiaries located island wide.

  • Please confirm your total number of volunteers and email us the full name list, indicating how many will assist with delivery.

2. Kitchen Support

  • Washing and cutting vegetables

  • Packing and sorting meals

3. Logistics & Supplies

  • Loading and unloading food and materials

  • Cleaning and resetting the kitchen/workspace

4. Additional Tasks

  • Assisting with logistics or operational support

  • Gardening, basic housekeeping and sorting items for the needy, wash Willing Hearts vehicles and other works at our center if needed

• No booking is required.
• You may walk in directly on the event day to volunteer.

3. For School Groups (6 or more people)
Please do not register individually. Teachers or coordinators, email us with:
• School name/contact person & phone/email
• Number of students and teachers & Preferred time slot

Registration & Booking Guide

Book a Slot

For individuals and groups of 4 and below, we welcome walk in volunteers with a minimum commitment of 4 hours. (Booking not required)

Registered volunteers can book your slot after logging into your account.

  • Our kitchen operates daily from 5:00 AM to 5:00 PM. For individuals and groups sizes of 4 and below, we welcome walk in volunteers with a minimum commitment of 4 hours.

    For larger groups, booking is required. Volunteer time slots (each with a maximum capacity of 50 people):

    i) 5 am - 9 am, Limited to 50 pax

    ii) 9 am - 1 pm, Limited to 50 pax

    iii) 1 pm - 5 pm, Limited to 50 pax

  • Meals Deliveries: Drivers need to arrive at our premises between 7.00 am - 9.00 am.

    Weekday Deliveries: WhatsApp David at 87144247 one day in advance.

    Weekend Deliveries: Booking is required through Driver Registration.

    • Volunteers must be 5 years old and above. For volunteers age between 5 to 12 year old, they are required to be accompanied by their parents, teachers or other adults. Volunteers age 13 years and above may volunteer on their own.

    • Dress Code: Closed-toe shoes and comfortable casual clothing.

    • Recommended to wear covered non-slip shoe

    • Adherence to basic hygiene and safety protocols

    • Do not volunteer if you are not feeling well

    • One off volunteering is welcome, however regular volunteering is encouraged.

    • Delivery Volunteers must have access to your own vehicle and have a valid driving license.

    • Maintain confidentiality of beneficiaries’ information.

    • Ensure timely and accurate food deliveries.

  • Cancellation of booking to be done at least 14 days in advance to allow others to fill in the slots. To cancel, log into your account through the "Book Slot" button

Need a Letter of Community Volunteering (LCV)?

Step 1: Print out the timesheet template

Step 2: Have the form endorsed each time you volunteer

Step 3: Email completed timesheet to [email protected] (min. 30 hours) with the following details:

  • Full Name

  • ID number

  • Gender

  • Number of Hours

  • First and last date of Volunteering

    Upon complete submission of details, we will send you the LCV within 7 working days
