How to Scan a PayNow QR Code on Your Mobile Phone

Step 1: Take a Screenshot of the QR Code

  • For iPhone:

    • Press the Side button and the Volume Up button simultaneously.

    • Release both buttons quickly.

  • For Android:

    • Press the Power button and the Volume Down button simultaneously.

    • Release both buttons quickly

Step 2: Open Your Banking App

When prompted to scan a QR code, look for an option to upload image from your photos.

  • Tap on this option to open your phone’s photo library

  • Select screenshot with the PayNow QR code

Choose the function to Scan to Pay

Step 3: Complete the Transaction

  • The banking app will scan the QR code from your screenshot.

  • Follow any additional prompts to complete the transaction.

Tip: Ensure your phone’s photo library permissions are enabled for your banking app.
